Mödling, August 6. The first half of the trip is over, today we change to another "home" location. We take a final picture with our different cars. This is in particular important today, because not only we wear the new wardrobe, but also the cars have the new "look". Now we travel to Mödling, a handsome city south of Vienna. This is were the choir members are distributed into several host families. In the evening we rehearse in the Lichthaus ("light house"), where we will also have our concert. The chairs in the room are only sparsely, the minister of the local parish explains that during the summertime there will be only a small audience. And one could always add more chairs. Until the beginning of the concert the chair number is doubled. Several spectators have to stand, some even in front of the opened glass doors. This concert promises to be ... incredible. The audience is full of energy and kindness, everything seems to fit. The offering beats a record, the CDs are soon sold out. We were more than impressed by the welcoming hospitality of this parish and the host families.
