Korneuburg, August 8. Today the recreational program is organised in "affinity groups". Since the day before was severely packed, we handled things more loosely today. Some stay in their quarters, most of the others joined the program "Vienna for enjoyers" and strolled through Austrias capital. Our concert location today at the edge of Vienna could not be missed on our tour: The writer of all our Gospel cantatas originates from Korneuburg (he however emigrated to Texas in the meantime). Since he was in Texas during our visit, we unfortunately missed him, but he was well replaced by his family. The concert in Korneuburg makes history as "sauna concert" because of the incredible heat in the church. We move the end of the concert in front of the church, with lots of fresh air around us... While we were treated afterwards with roast pork and other delicacies, we learn: The first of our four CDs are definitely sold out. Wow.
